Glenrix offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Features available under each plan are described on our website and may change over time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data, records, invoices, and files you create or upload through Glenrix. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the financial records, customer data, and documents you create using Glenrix. Glenrix is a tool — it does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.
Some features use AI to extract data from photos and documents you upload, suggest chase message drafts, or answer questions about your account. AI output is a starting point, not a finished result — Glenrix always shows you what the AI produced before it's saved or sent, and it is your responsibility to review it for accuracy before relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI-extracted data or AI-drafted content will be complete, accurate, or error-free.
Glenrix's payment chasing features — including tier-based reminder messages, statutory interest and compensation calculations under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998, and Letter Before Action generation under the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims — are tools that help you manage your own credit control. Using them does not make Glenrix your debt collection agent, claims management provider, or legal representative, and nothing generated through these features constitutes legal advice.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to send any chase communication or legal letter, for the accuracy of the information you provide (including your client's business/individual status, which determines which legal framework applies), and for complying with any legal process you choose to pursue afterwards. Before taking formal legal action against a client, we strongly recommend you seek independent legal advice. Glenrix does not submit court claims, negotiate on your behalf, or verify that a specific chase sequence is appropriate for your situation.
Where Glenrix links to or includes a copy of an official third-party document (for example, government-published legal forms), we do so for your convenience only and do not warrant its accuracy or currency — always refer to the official source for anything you intend to rely on formally.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible.
We are not liable for losses caused by service outages, data loss due to technical failures, or disruptions to third-party integrations (such as WhatsApp Business API).
All aspects of the Glenrix platform — including the interface, invoice templates, code, brand, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Glenrix. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written permission.
The Glenrix name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glenrix and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glenrix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that invoices, calculations, or records will meet any specific legal or regulatory requirement.
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
